CMM consists of five levels, namely the initial level, repeatable level, defined level, management level can optimize the level, each level by a different key process areas (Key Practivice Area referred to as KPA) with a total of 18 key process areas ; each key process areas from the critical practice (referred to as KP) composed of 18 KP KPA contains a total of 316.
